Good company to work for , poor salary though.
There are some great people within this company. Spending time working with these people and learning is great. I have learned so much that it would be hard to list it all. The management are reasonable when it comes to deadlines and getting things done. I am not sure if they are reasonable if you are late or break rules as I work as hard as I can and pride myself on reliability. The hardest part of the job can be juggling tasks, that being said things are improving in that area from a personal perspective. The most enjoyable part of the job , is working with the different people within the company ,who I get on very well with.

Sells you a dream
Withholds pay, passes your leads to other surveyors. I signed over 1000 clients which I still have all thier details. No ppe provided. You have to pay £10 a day to work even if you hit target. They will ask you to pay £50 a week for a £500 mistakes pot, which they will deduct out off. Unless the clients willing to pay full deposit you will be driving about for £20 a sale. Mismanagement that haven't got a clue about customers relations. They don't answer the phone, leaving clients to phone you all day and night. Send you to appointments with clients that have covid and they ask you to sit away from the client and ask them to sign with another pen. No care for staff member safety they just want sales. Most clients vulnerable low income. Who cancel straight away. They say you can get a van after a probation period but don't have any to provide you. Minimum driving covered a day is 100/200 miles!

Growing company with great opportunities
A motivated company with great opportunities for those wanting to grow. Challenging but rewarding in the fact they encourage you to learn about the whole business. Management are easy to talk to, staff and colleagues are very welcoming.

Great place to work. Fun, Energetic and nice people
I have worked for the company for over 1 year now and always found the Staff and Management easy to talk too and very eager to help. People are expected to work hard, however the work life balance is good and the wage is decent.
