Good company to work for , poor salary though.

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
There are some great people within this company. Spending time working with these people and learning is great. I have learned so much that it would be hard to list it all. The management are reasonable when it comes to deadlines and getting things done. I am not sure if they are reasonable if you are late or break rules as I work as hard as I can and pride myself on reliability. The hardest part of the job can be juggling tasks, that being said things are improving in that area from a personal perspective. The most enjoyable part of the job , is working with the different people within the company ,who I get on very well with.

Pros

Really good team. Hours of work.

Cons

Very poor salary.

Sells you a dream

Withholds pay, passes your leads to other surveyors. I signed over 1000 clients which I still have all thier details. No ppe provided. You have to pay £10 a day to work even if you hit target. They will ask you to pay £50 a week for a £500 mistakes pot, which they will deduct out off. Unless the clients willing to pay full deposit you will be driving about for £20 a sale. Mismanagement that haven't got a clue about customers relations. They don't answer the phone, leaving clients to phone you all day and night. Send you to appointments with clients that have covid and they ask you to sit away from the client and ask them to sign with another pen. No care for staff member safety they just want sales. Most clients vulnerable low income. Who cancel straight away. They say you can get a van after a probation period but don't have any to provide you. Minimum driving covered a day is 100/200 miles!

Pros

Work when you want

Cons

Over 100 miles a day

Great place to work. Fun, Energetic and nice people

I have worked for the company for over 1 year now and always found the Staff and Management easy to talk too and very eager to help. People are expected to work hard, however the work life balance is good and the wage is decent.

Pros

Good money/work life balance

Terrible Company To Work For

Working Conditions Are Shocking, Freezing & Damp Warehouse ( if you can call it a warehouse !! ), Racking Not Fit For Purpose, So Work Is Back Breaking, With Stock Piled On Top Of Each Other. Only Thing Learned.. Avoid This Company At All Cost. Workplace Culture.. Thrown Straight In At The Deep End With No Help, And Expected To Take Responsibility For Opening - Alarms & Locking Up. Hardest Part Of The Job Is Having To Drive Out Of Your Way At Your Own Cost To Deliver Paperwork. The Most Enjoyable Part Of The Job .. Resigning.

Cons

Too Many To Mention

Cowboys

I worked here for around 6 month, at 1st it was good but steadily declined, they pushed there prices up weekly making it harder to get sales but nobody listened to any feedback. They have a constant turnover of staff as you can see by the daily adverts, shocking company I would advise anybody to stay clear, they charged the reps £10 a day for using there app which is rubbish and is the same as Google calender.

Cons

Plenty

Enjoyed It

It was a very busy team and this did lead to stressful moments but that is what I expected as the business was trying to grow. If it wasn't for moving closer to family this would of been a great opportunity to develop and really make a career.

Ambitious Company

A relatively young business that has set its sights on leading the industry and delivering an ethical service lead by customer service. The company is very ambitious and is constantly looking to improve and develop.

Better than the large call centre i worked for

A nice fast paced family vibe within the company. Lots of new people coming in and bigger roles available which is nice to see it grow. I would recommend more communication on how to progress to management level.

Proud to work for such an exciting and innovative company

Joining this company has been an absolute pleasure since day one. To work with people that have such ambition and determination in building a company that strives to meet the demands of today's customers. Evolving in ways to ensure that they're always one step ahead of the rest. It's challenging but refreshingly rewarding. No day is the same, I enjoy coming to work and have an amazing group of talented people around me.

Busy and exciting workplace

A fast-paced and exciting environment as no day is the same. Everyday is different and you’re not stuck carrying out the same day to day tasks. Staff are friendly and eager to help across other departments. Management are motivational and keen to develop staff as there are opportunities to progress and learn within the business. Staff are keen to deliver the best possible customer experience and service and want the business to succeed. Hours are ideal, the atmosphere is super friendly and overall a great place to work.

Put in as much effort in as possible and highly organised

Felt very excited about the job on interview, and after hearing as described in the indeed job descirpition potential earning of £150-300 a day, unfortunetly this was untrue and your not told about daily £10 pound management fees that are applied after the first 4 weeks and that they take vat of what your owed at the end of the month, most customers are told they only need £10 deposit on the phone the phobe thedeposit£1dedededepodeposit,which

Stay well away!! Not what it says on the tin!

Over all very unprofessional and the wages advertised are not achievable. You will be given appointments and expected to convert as many as possible which is ok but what they don't tell you is, if all your appointments cancel and it's not your fault you will still be judged and then inturn lose commission on your over all weekly payments meaning no matters how hard you try if customers cancel you get less money. A broken commission structure with very little support for you out on the road, you be lucky get 3.5% of what you earn the company and remember your self employed so fuel and expenses have to be taken out of any monie earned. Bad job don't both.

Customer focused and staff progression encouraged.

Fast-paced busy company with customer service as a main focus. Working for the customers on every part of the journey with us, from a sales enquiry to post-sale. The company is expanding and progressing at a fast rate, and they are keen to help staff grown with the company. Friendly team and welcoming to all new starters entering the business. Every day challenges you and each day is different.

Customer service representative

Great place to work. Started off in sales then my skills have been picked up and was asked if I wanted to change departments. They have always given great training and very understandable on circumstances. Friends for life are made. One of the best places I have worked out and can see this being a long term career.

Friendly Company

The company really cares about employees and that makes for a great place to work. They are always happy to offer more training or take on new ideas from staff.
