Social place to work, but alot of favouritism
There is a lot of favourtism in the company. If you get in with th management, you will be looked after. If not, they will find any and every way to sack you.

Wouldn't recommend
Bad HR, management were horrific, confusing structure with staff changing constantly month after month - one thing one minute then next minute whole thing gone, whole department redundant etc no one feels truly safe that I spoke to. I just wouldn't recommend.

Good training
No basic, commission only and not the quoted 350 per sale, was much lower commission. Training was thorough bit again you're not paid for it. Not worth it.
