The most stressful part of Paymentsense is the System knowledge that is required. With a number of different areas your role maybe affected by, you may require data and process knowledge for numerous different systems and departments. This is a lot to remember and seems stressful and daunting initially however this is reflected with the amount you are paid .

Talent Team review candidates from various sources including Indeed and other recruiters. Initial discussion with talent team who will make a decision as to whether the candidate speaks to who would be their line manager. If successful a further conversation with the Department Head is arranged. Exec Team members will also be involved in discussions depending on the role.
