Toxic workplace and will throw you under the bus.
Just don't do it.Worst company to work for will dismiss you rather than train you properly. All management still working from home as if COVID still a thing and will just throw you an email rather than talk to you.Avoid at all costs

Unsupportive management
Pebbles can be a rewarding place to work but lack of support from management makes it difficult to remain positive about your job role. Long hours and lack of staff means you’re sometimes expected to work overtime without choice.

Can be rewarding but can face some challenging times
Long hours, sometimes away from home for 42 hours at a time and longer of short staffed. Can be rewarding but also some challenging times. Managers are awful

Cover Ups
Management will constantly cover up an issue rather than deal with it. Anything from PI's to safeguarding. A really poor company to work for and while they promote that the children are at the heart of what they do is completely false
