Hours are set at care staff level but there is a degree of flexibility in RM and AM roles.
There's shift patterns in place, which means people will know in advance what shifts they are scheduled to work.
We operate on a 3 week shift pattern, one day on and two whole days off. You will know your shifts well in advance. There are full time contracts, Part-time contracts and zero-hour contracts available. We also offer job shares in some homes. You are paid for your sleep-ins and rest breaks.
It is a set rota no flexibility
No you work 16 hours with no breaks. You often work over 48, and on top of this you have sleepovers and waken nights also.
Lots of different hours are available
They work around the best fit for all staff, where able. So flexible within reason, on a two week rolling rota.
