I felt good. I enjoy my job and believe in what the company are trying to achieve
Happy to, what can be more rewarding than transforming lives of young people.
I like working at Pebbles. The company is going somewhere and it is the people that will get it there!
A lot of change has happened and with that came some uncertainty however the changes have all been positive. I feel positive about the future and feel that there is much more support than there was previously.
I feel proud. The company have introduced new innovative technology which enhances communication with employees and there is a new rota, shift pattern of one day on and two off which allows for a work-life balance. Training and qualifications are industry recognised and enhance your career in Children's residential care.
