If you were to leave Pebbles Care, what would be the reason?

7 answers

  • Lack of support, unrealistic hours

  • If I left it would be to leave the care sector altogether, not to move to a different care provider. I feel that the positive changes that have been made need time, we are just the beginning and the benefits of this will be felt over the coming months / years.

  • I am just waiting for a huge issue to take place, already sometime feels unsafe at work. For £18000 per year.

  • Never passed probation but never got told there was a problem with my working. They management lie when you question and blame you for their mistakes. Manger covers up when she has done something wrong. Staff is treated differently to deputy and team leaders. Really sad.

  • I am actively seeking new employment, due to the culture within the service I work. Staff can make decisions although there never right amd managment can sometime be abrupt in there approach. There is also a lack of structural organisation through-out the company pay scales are all over the place and the paperwork is still handwritten.

  • Childcare issues

  • The reason would be cause this company doesn’t know how to look after its staff and using and abuse the staff to get what it wants
