Your holiday depends on the hours you work.
If you are full time you will receive 28 days annual leave per annum. This is pro-rated for part time employees. The holiday year runs from Jan to Dec. There is a fantastic online booking system and you can see all of your entitlement on an employee dashboard. 2020 was hard to take holidays due to pandemic however there is a focus on encouraging staff to use their annual leave and get a break regularly.
24.5 days holiday.
So it works out 18 hours a month which is the government guidleines
