Double standards
A place where some people do all the hours, 40+ even 50+. Then some people dont even do 20 hrs.Management fall into the latter, they claim to be all about mental health, wellbeing and work/ life balance. These are just words, they do not practice what they preach. The site itself is very small, no canteen and there is only 1 toilet for all staff, this is really not great as at some points of the day you have to que to use it!The place itself is made out to be something it isnt....

Massive re structure required for this place, people with the knowledge and communication skills are required urgently. Its like no place you will have worked before, forced to take part in company wide calls, to get the numbers up for site. Behind the singing and dancing there are jobs to be done, but the more you do the more you are given to do.Unless your an ambassador, then you will be left alone.Like the product, this place is just a con from start to finish.5 years in the uk maximum....

Do not be fooled
Lack of warehouse knowledegeNo proceduresToo much talk around the jobToo many mixed messages from managersDo not be fooled by this place, it is not a good place too work. They spend more time talking, than doing. Only brand ambassador's matter, pherhaps somebody at HQ should as about the staffs opinion aswell as the customers.Backed into corner over working hours.. avoid at all costs. Please dont believe the " hype"....

They constantly update features to benefit customer feedback. Delivering a unique service for each customer makes the job different everyday
Being able to deliver a service and experience for customers that is suited to them and their individual specific needs makes work feel like you make a difference to people lives in a way. The customer feedback from not just the service, but the product makes it quite a rewarding job. Knowing your not cat-fishing customers with a no good product allows a more genuine interaction with customers.
