Fun place to work & good salary

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Enjoyable place to work as brand ambassador, some long days but often balance's out with shorter days throughout the week. Great colleagues and managment always easy to approach with any issues. Good Pay

Pros

4 day working week, good salary, sick pay

Cons

Some long days, physically demanding

Subjected to bulking by staff and management

Got pulled up a number of times for having a condition I couldn’t control. Also promote mistrust between colleges give promotions to people who will throw you under the bus for making a mistake rather than helping each other improve

Pros

Good work life balance

Cons

Your out for yourself can’t trust your team

Atrocious place to work in field-ops

Toxic management, boarder line dictatorship. Awful work culture, even more so when you’re promised higher up are trying to make it the best place to work. Kept in the dark about everything and anything that may have an impact on our work and social lives. Absolutely would not recommend.

Poor Management

Ok job role terrible management which has lead to the demise of Peloton. Great at the beginning then wanted to introduce all these new implementations which turned the whole environment sour

Pros

Get to see some nice houses

Cons

Long hours

I wouldn't recommend it

Peloton is still a young company and many areas don't have proper systems or processes in place. This means you need good management to make things still run smoothly. Unfortunately there isn't good management here and its mainly made up as they go. Things often felt chaotic and 'head above water'

Embrace the unknown

Products remain the same, plenty of opportunities to learn the products before installation. Excellent support from Leads.Overall very positive with above average salary to match.

Very nice place to work. Many opportunities and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes long distances to be made when you do driving job but overall I would recommend this workplace. Calm and peaceful.

Double standards

A place where some people do all the hours, 40+ even 50+. Then some people dont even do 20 hrs.Management fall into the latter, they claim to be all about mental health, wellbeing and work/ life balance. These are just words, they do not practice what they preach. The site itself is very small, no canteen and there is only 1 toilet for all staff, this is really not great as at some points of the day you have to que to use it!The place itself is made out to be something it isnt....

Pros

None

Cons

Long hours, poor facilities

Different each day

The team were amazing and welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Just as amazing today!Always supported in everything you do and help towards progression if you want it.Make you feel safe at all times during the pandemic as well as the members you visit

Pros

Great culture, constant business updates, drinks

Cons

Don’t know what time you’ll finish until the start of shift (works for me though), parking

Great team and management. Job itself is simple and straightforward. Can be hectic at times and long days but overall really good company with good benefits and pay

Pros

Freebies, snacks, good work colleagues, no major pressure, company van

Cons

Long hours occasionally

They didn't like me because I had a degree

I am massively disappointed in this company. They asked for two year experience in customer service and they also require license held for two years. I have 5 years customer service and 9 years of driving. The Somalian operation manager at Acton seemed ignorant and didn't like me at all. While the other manager sitting next to him was happy to see me and at the end said he is happy with me and no further questions needed. I learned that if you start working at the company they won't allow you to take break from work in case of an emergency such as family reunion, etc. They wouldn't give you holiday during Sep to March what so ever and they said get it clear now! Very offensive! I guess they don't care about your rights! They also asked what would you bring to the team. The issue here is I haven't seen the team or know anything about you! I said all I can think of now is positivity! Two interviews for a brand ambassador job and then when you go through interview they say its a driver job! when they first advertised the job the salary was 27k a year. Then after interview they changed to 25k a year. And on Indeed they said extra hours are available during interview they said no extra hours!

Pros

New brand perhaps

Cons

sad faces of people working there
