This review is mixed, i believe peloton are a decent company however being American it brings a lot of confusion here in the UK.The recent new system as highlighted the overall lack of basic warehouse knowledge at Rochdale. It as also highlighted that some senior staff on site are still stuck in the old ways of working, this leads to confusion and mixed messages. Not everybody is heading in the same direction.The site itself is very small and makes the daily tasks difficult, its a fractured place to work and tensions do run high at times. The delivery drivers do seem to be better thought of than other staff.

Massive re structure required for this place, people with the knowledge and communication skills are required urgently.Its like no place you will have worked before, forced to take part in company wide calls, to get the numbers up for site. Behind the singing and dancing there are jobs to be done, but the more you do the more you are given to do.Unless your an ambassador, then you will be left alone.Like the product, this place is just a con from start to finish.5 years in the uk maximum....

Lack of warehouse knowledegeNo proceduresToo much talk around the jobToo many mixed messages from managersDo not be fooled by this place, it is not a good place too work. They spend more time talking, than doing. Only brand ambassador's matter, pherhaps somebody at HQ should as about the staffs opinion aswell as the customers.Backed into corner over working hours.. avoid at all costs.Please dont believe the " hype"....

Not a good company at all, are quite new in uk so have many teething problems. Major issues in most departments.

Company isn’t great at all; lots of talk not much action I.e empty promises to keep you hanging on. A large staff turnover, no stability or security unless you are one of the original teams. Use a lot of agency guys. The guys upstairs are not good with people. Are rude, very cliquey and ignorant of human issues. More interested in people’s perception of it being a big brand.
