Pros and cons
I worked here years ago so it might not be the same. Staff are great but the management were awful when I was there. I believe they have been let go now so it must be better than it was it definitely couldn’t be worse. The money was great and so were the benefits. I left because of 1 certain member of management.

Not great company culture
I wouldn’t recommend working as a paralegal in the Face2Face department as management don’t attempt to support when struggling. They simply get rid of staff and it is extremely worrying for the general workforce. Workload is very intense and nothing is done to ease the pressure.

Never had a good team meeting with the managers always negative and put you down expecting you to be performing well. I promise you go somewhere else fo...

Employee centred business
In the short time that I’ve worked for the business, they have been the most supportive, understanding leaders. The business is fast paced and there is a lot to learn but there is support throughout.I’d recommend the business to anyone with a passion for employment law.
