Productive fun company to work for
It’s a very good place to work for, the people are friendly and supportive. Management really care about your growth within the company if you have a particular interest they will do their best to find a course that suits you. The job is challenging but not stressful keeps you on your toes. It’s a relaxed environment everyone is always up for a laugh. Central Sales Advisor in Derby, Derbyshire

Bunch of con artists, steer clear
I worked as a Central Sales Advisor at the head office in Derby and I couldn't have imagined a more hellish year of my life. The training was long winded and over-saturated, the management expect too much of you and expect you to lie to customers on the phone to get them to attend one of the dealerships. You are paid a base salary that is less than minimum wage and then a bonus each month depending on whether you hit targets that you are set. Management regularly come up with reasons to not pay you this bonus such as your telephone manner not being good enough, which I believe to be a subjective comment. The Marketing Manager at the time told us to lie to customers to get them to attend the dealership to take advantage of an offer that didn't exist. No support is given by line managers if you're struggling and they make you feel guilty about taking annual leave. Overall this place made me feel miserable and I wanted to cry at the thought of going to work. DO NOT WORK HEREService Advisor in Barnsley, South Yorkshire

You are just a number
They don't care about staff members, just throw you in the deep end. No real training is given, you are expected to know everything and just get yelled at when you get it wrong.Central Sales Advisor in Derby, Derbyshire

Great Place to work
Work environment is constantly improving which is amazing. I have worked here for over a year. The company/ management treat you with respect and fairness. There are loads of great progression opportunities within the head office and outside of it.Sales Advisor in Derby, Derbyshire

Good workplace
Having worked for Pentagon around a year and a half, i can confidently say i have met / worked with some great people along the way. The managers are always more than happy to help and there are plenty of opportunities to achieve targets. What would you say about your employer?
