EQUAL - Here at PepsiCo UK we celebrated Ally Day!

Here at PepsiCo UK we celebrated Ally Day! Our colleagues came together to show their support for our LGBT+ community in order to foster a vibrant and diverse culture where everybody feels empowered to bring their full selves to work. We’ll be taking our signed PepsiCo Pride banner to the Parade at Reading Pride in August as a public statement of the commitment colleagues have made to being an everyday Ally.

We’ve been recognised as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women 14 years in a row!

For the 14th year in a row, we’ve been named as one of the Times’ Top 50 Employers for Women. The annual list is assessed by a team of gender diversity experts from Business in the Community, part of Prince Charles’ Responsible Business Network. The scheme recognises organisations that promote gender equality, diversity and inclusion. Marisa Lorch, HR Director PepsiCo UK & Ireland, commented: “It’s great to have been recognised once again for our efforts to drive gender balance and equality in the workplace. We are committed to fostering a diverse and vibrant culture at PepsiCo and to achieve our goal of having gender parity in all management roles by 2025." “We have a proud history as a leader in gender diversity and it’s great to have been recognised time and again for continually developing programmes to accelerate women’s careers, focusing on how we educate, inspire and role model advocacy and inclusion.”
