What advice would you give the CEO of PepsiCo about how to improve it?

  • Good hard workers are always overlooked and never rewarded. (Lineside g o's walk 24 to 26 miles per shift, literally) and are treated like sh#t, they're never recognised or appreciated. For some reason, coordinators think the sun shines out of the ars#s of the laziest people imaginable, they constantly get rewarded, so frustrating! (Yellow shift) i can't wait to leave, anything is better than this 12 hour day night and weekend sht hole, i detest it!

  • Try and promote staff who have worked on the factory floor, who know the job and whats expected. Do not give SOM positions to outside people who have limited experience and clearly do not know what they ate doing. Blue shift is a classic example at Skelmersdale.

  • Start from the bottom. Don't believe the figures Dig deeper into each factory.

  • Better management

  • Improve the management get people who know what they’re doing. Give people opportunity to impress. Good staff are going unrecognised.
