Part time Production Operative in Ongar
on 15 February 2021
It’s ok
Working at peregrines is ok depending on what department you work in, I fell pay is unfair with people who work in the live food department being the lowest paid staff and there the bread and butter of the company as well as. No salary increase for timeBeing there

Best job I've ever had
I started at Peregrine in May 2020 and can honestly say its been the best job I've had to date. Everyone is friendly and fun to work with on a daily basis and even with Corona Virus being a problem, I was still able to crack on with my job with no worries.

Pleasant and friendly
I've been here for 6weeks and have found the people here to be friendly and easy to get on with including management. It has varied days but time flys by as its busy. There are several departments where you could be placed but this is changeable depending on workload in the different areas
Warehouse Operative/Picker in Chipping Ongar, Essex

stressful work
It's a nightmare for me, they expect you to do the job quickly but they don't give you a proper training. They give negative comments to you and the health and safety is very poor, but not all Peregrines are like this.
