It’s ok
Working at peregrines is ok depending on what department you work in, I fell pay is unfair with people who work in the live food department being the lowest paid staff and there the bread and butter of the company as well as. No salary increase for timeBeing there

Repetitive job and boring
The people are nice to work for. The work itself is really easy but repetitively boring. Within a couple of months I was as fast at production as my team leader. I was told I would get a pay raise but it never happened and I stayed at minimum wage throughout my employment here. I left because of that and found a much better job making over twice the money. Nothing but empty promises from the manager who really didn't know much about what he was doing anyway. So glad I moved on from here.

Fantastic Place To Work
I've worked at Peregrine for a few years now, and I can honestly say this is the most enjoyable company I have worked at to date. Good people are what make businesses succeed, and this company is a prime example of that. If you're looking for a company where you feel appreciated, have the chance to grow, and enjoy getting up and going to work - then this is your place!
