Answered 31 July 2018The interview process is like no other I have had before. They focus on if you are right for the job, whether the job is right for you and whether you would fit well within the team, all equally. In my opinion, this is the best way to make sure the applicant stays.
Answered 1 August 2018We have a 40hour week here at Perfect Placement, typically 08.30-17.45 Monday to Thursday and 08.30-16.00 on a Friday. However, our office is open from 8.00 through to 18:45 most days to enable our consultants the flexibility to speak with our Candidates outside of the typical working hours as we know you can't always use your phone at work.
