Buyer in Blackpool, Lancashire

Productive but very underwhelming
The place was good to work at with very good staff who are friendly and treat you well however certain people who work there need to have a good luck at themselves as they mistreat others and talk down to them Personally feel like specific people should be sacked and replaced by people more willing to be apart of a team and offer more help and support I would go back as a buyer IF certain staff members were gone otherwise stay away Telehandler Operator in Waddington, Lincolnshire

Dangerous and unruly
At Persimmon homes there is a total lack of health and safety enforcement. I witnessed on a daily basis gangs of bricklayers without safety boots, hi visibility clothing of any kind and even no hard hat's while management witnessed but done nothing to rectify the problem. The attitude of the management was if you don't like it, get another job. Customer Service Assistant in South east Maidstone

Not a very good company to work for
They really don’t care about there employees no communication and a poor salary for what you are expected to do The office staff haven’t a clue about building work it’s all about profit to them couldn’t care less about employees and customers as long as they get the money and bonuses that’s all that matters Customer Care Administrator in Thames Valley

Shocking management
Shocking manager in customer care would never speak to unhappy customer only ever take the glory. Disrespectful towards new homeowners who spent a fortune on their forever home. Treated staff with disrespect and as their personal skivvyWhat would you say about your employer?
