Improve response times to applications. Silence is not golden.
Allow much less toxic behaviour between PNG and employee/worker. Much more emphasis on the recognition of what is the actual value end of the working arrangement and get your offices out of the mindset that they are the backbone of the comincrease the value
Try and supply more or alternative work just in case the present or previous job unexpectedly comes to an end or work just generally dries up
Find jobs for all.
Make your job advertisement clear to your staff and to those wanting to apply .
I'm pretty happy with the company. No recommendations really. Only thing would be the job security, but that's just part and parcel of working with an agency.
