Relaxed and very formal
Your consultant will guide you through every stage of the interview process, maintaining contact with you to discuss your thoughts and feelings. You will receive regular updates as your consultant liaises between you and your potential employer. Pre and post-interview jitters are completely normal, so don't be afraid to express any concerns you have, and feel free to mention what you would have done differently with hindsight. The main thing to remember is that your consultant is there to assist you and inform you of your progress as soon as updates are received.
Very relaxed. Quite informal they are mostly wanting to check you will be the right fit for the job and it will be the right fit for you. You are not by any means expected to go and be absolute human working machine and from what my recruiter explained if you don't like the job after starting just let them know and they will find you something else, just don't leave site as not only does it reflect bad on you it obviously reflects bad on them
Interview with the Manager of the Specific site following with an Area Manager and Possible a last interview with a board member but this is not always the case
Was very good, just needs a manager who knows what they are doing.
Do a simple worksheet to check you can count boxes and fill in your forms, not really an interview as such
