At Pertemps we take all feedback from current and former employees very seriously. We are disappointed to hear you claim to have had a negative experience which does not match with our usual high standards. Our HR team has taken your comments into consideration and would initially comment as follows:

All our candidates receive a full induction guide when they start an assignment which explains all aspects of their assignment thoroughly. It includes a checklist which candidates go through to confirm they understand what happens with the timesheet authorisation process, absence, holiday entitlement and statutory auto-enrolment pension deductions.

Pertemps flexible employees are paid in line with legislative requirements, and which includes accruing the equivalent holiday allowance of a permanent employee, in addition to the 8 bank holidays. Regarding pension deductions, this is not a deduction from pay that Pertemps make and keep but a statutory deduction we are required by law to make. Every flexible employee is entitled to opt out or stop deductions at any time by contacting the Pension company. Full details are available in the induction guide and handbook.

As noted above we do take all comments seriously and to allow us to investigate your claims further, please do take the opportunity to get in touch with us confidentially with more information by https://www.pertemps.co.uk/contact/get-in-touch Thank you.

  • The employer they place you with

  • They do not care about anything apart from taking the money of you!! Missing payments, covering bank holidays by your holiday accrual, no sick leaves. I was ill with nearly 40 degree, and my manager wanted me to send home but I asked them who is going to pay my bills, because Pertemps is not going to pay me!! It is radicilous agency, horrible. But they will send you messages saying they will start taking 5% more of your pension earnings, withouth even discussing this with you. This is very radicilous!
