Treat employees with respect they way I would like to treated. Also would never ask an employee to do a task that I wouldn’t do myself
Re-evaluate the processes and implement new policies and procedures in each department that staff need to adhere to. There is lack of professionalism, responsibility and accountability. Not one person cares
There seems to be a severe lack of process in the company. I worked in two branches with 3 miles of each other and they were run completely different.
There is a culture of management through fear hence the extremely high turnover of staff in the company.
Without people processes and management training this will continue.
Have some food options available other than toast and tea and make some halal options. Pay those who work hard better.
