  • Treat employees with respect they way I would like to treated. Also would never ask an employee to do a task that I wouldn’t do myself

  • Re-evaluate the processes and implement new policies and procedures in each department that staff need to adhere to. There is lack of professionalism, responsibility and accountability. Not one person cares

  • There seems to be a severe lack of process in the company. I worked in two branches with 3 miles of each other and they were run completely different.
    There is a culture of management through fear hence the extremely high turnover of staff in the company.

    Without people processes and management training this will continue.

  • Have some food options available other than toast and tea and make some halal options. Pay those who work hard better.
