A shambles of a motor company, poor quality of 2nd hand cars given to guests, Management clueless & if your face doesn't fit, forget trying to get anywhere within the company.

Controlling directors only focus on profit as large financial rewards and personal salaries are achievable at their levels. This is put before the company values around customers, colleagues, the community that they serve and no responsibilities for their environmental obligation. This Culture demotivates the staff and disengages them resulting in very high staff turnover volumes and poor staff retention
Pretend to care about employees, talk a lot of talk about how great the culture is, the reality is very different. It used to be that way a long time ago. Low staff turnover, huge employee satisfaction is what they'll tell you, what they don't tell you is that these awards were from 2009 and a LOT has changed in the organisation since then.
