Not all procedures are written using the latest and most up to date information, therefor people suffer as a consequence. Procedures should be updated more frequently with up to date information.

Work hard but great team
My role was in Finance where we had a great team with a will to get things done. Roles were changed on a fairly regular basis to give variety and avoid complacency, so you need to be flexible and ready to adapt to change. We were very busy at times, but all pulled together when required.
