We put pets first. In everything we do. As a purpose-led business, that’s what makes us who we are.

It’s what makes our culture so strong. And it’s a shared purpose that unites our colleagues. We’re all here to help pets and their people live happier, healthier lives together. But while our purpose is grounded in our strong set of values, behaviours and capabilities, our culture is defined by our selfless love of pets.

Kindness is part of our culture. We’re friendly, sensitive, and considerate to our partners, our customers, the pets in our care, and to each other. Because kindness builds trust and creates an emotional connection to who we are and what we do.

It’s what helps us all make the right choice – to do the right thing by pets, our customers and communities. And, of course, our colleagues.

  • Terrible culture in the work place. Stpre colleagues never support groomers. Groomers can be legt on their own for 9 hours a day without a single member of staff from the shop checking in on them.

  • The atmosphere at the job was very plain. Everyone seemed to have an attitude.

  • There is no organisation in the stoes

  • Friendly and easy going work atmosphere

  • Customers and animals are a priority

  • Pets Before Profit
