Phoenix Security at times are a great company to work for. The guys on the ground are a wonderful bunch of people, but are all too often let down by the management, Supervisors and general lack of concern for the well being of their employees. The management tend to be very disorganised at times, relying on crisis management constantly and as a result personnel are not sure what time of day it is, never mind where and when they are working. The pay is always wrong and worth checking up on every month as hours are missed regularly and go unpaid, so keep a record of the hours worked and when.

Serious,fun customer satisfaction. Customer service, engaging with the public. Management was good. Mixture of people. No hard part to the job, roll you're sleeve's up and enjoy you're job. Serving the public and making people happy.
