Laundry Operative floor care in Swindon, Wiltshire
on 14 August 2022
Hard work with good and bad days
Washing mats, there are some very heavy ones but most are not too heavy. Although your hours can change on a whim, it almost never happens just when the machine breaks down or another problem arises. The pace is faster in the summer than the winter and it can be hard going but others will help where they can. Management mostly leave you to it and are decent. Some days can be long and frustrating but on the whole mostly not too bad. It feels like you're getting paid to do a decent gym workout with a decent group of people. If you're looking for an easy ride this isn't the place for you, if you don't mind hard work then I highly recommend working here. As for a review I saw about the break room, PHS treadsmart in Swindon has a basic kitchen with a fridge, free tea, coffee and squash are provided and in this hot weather so are bottles of water kept in ice buckets around the laundry area. There's a smoking area with a picnic bench outside and each area has seats (not pallets).

Worst company ever worked
On the beginning everything fine then they change system and drivers suppose to follow pre planned routes which was take extra time as if u start in early morning servicing ex. Toilets in garden centre work as male it was fine could finish quickly after system change they been send male driver to busy places like sainsbury, garden centres, pubs, motorway services when plenty of customers like 10am,11am,finally u start with around 15-20places to services after while they start giving 40-50 places and if u couldn't finish they was scarring u disciplinary actions for ex. I use to work on Hayes pump lane my area was gu postcodes and even further down then Guildford when traveling time from Camberley to Guildford was taking 30 min and 40-50 places to do it management not helpful at all never ever again this company avoid it from far away
