My experience is that off a good one,
Washroom service driver (Current Employee) - South Kirkby, West Yorkshire - 17 June 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Start early and finish early , overtime if you want it, good co ordernators and a management team you can actually talk to(in my opinion) What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Getting all your jobs done in your shift, but if like me I just work until jobs are done, sometimes early n sometimes late What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Now it’s good with the current office/management staff but it hasn’t always been the case What is a typical day like for you at the company? Great, you are left alone most off the time

Avoid
Account manager (Current Employee) - Tamworth, Staffordshire - 3 October 2022
Just over all avoid, they give money in one hand and then take it out the other. Managers don’t know nothing but they are quick enough to tell you your wrong but never have a solution on how to solve this unless you want to lick your way to the top. If you want to progress PHS is not for you. If you want to be victimised this is the place for you.

- Ability to learn new things
Great environment, great people and culture work hard and get rewarded
Not a typical telesales centre, great culture everyone’s voice is heard, achievable OTE, full training and support which continues when you go live. Own territory and toll kit to negotiate to upswell and retain accounts. Customer centric

Terrible place to work
Service Driver (Former Employee) - Scotland - 6 March 2022
Terrible company to work for, get a route handed to you for the following days 8 hour shift but the routes about 10 hours worth of work, management won't take work off it and you're told that you must finish the route, you'll get overtime after 8 hours and that your contract says you will do overtime, it says overtime at times not every single shift! You're only allowed 20 minutes paid depot time at the end of your shift to wait in a queue of about 8 vehicles to get into one of the few loading bays, completely empty your vehicle, get your paperwork for the next day and deal with anything else then go load your vehicle up again. If you enjoy everyday overtime and listening to customers moaning about overdue service then this is the place for you. Only good thing about this job was the other drivers, helpful and friendly...well most of them.

Worse company I have ever worked for.
Service Driver (Former Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - 17 February 2022
Job it's self is great but they will sack you at the drop of a hat Manager's have no respect for the entire work you are just a number and the job has become unnecessarily complicated they should let the driver's organise their own routes but they don't.
Pros
You are out and about
Cons
No company support

Good place to work
Stores Person (Current Employee) - Cardiff - 16 February 2021
Fair bosses as long as you do your job . Plenty of opportunities to progress within the company . May be a large company but has the feel of a family run business. You're a person not a number with the managers . Work colleagues always on hand to help when starting out .
Pros
Fair pay . Overtime

The people make this place
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Caerphilly - 24 February 2020
Your typical day is varied. The people within PHS make the place a fun place to be. Management are friendly and approachable. They are flexible and helpful when able.
Unfortunately no room for progression within the group. Very little appreciation or value for experience/years worked. Quite happy to show you the door so you feel like "just another number".
Office is comfortable, free food onsite is a nice bonus.

Many thanks for your review, and I agree, the people at phs are great to work with! I'm sorry you felt there was no room for progression in your role. We work hard as a company to provide training opportunities to all staff, whatever their requirements. I will pass your comments on to our senior leadership team for review. Thanks again.

As a service merchandise by ordering and replenishing displays within retail outlets. Recognising trends, assessing and ordering stock appropriately to ensure the sales units would have a constant flow of stock available to achieve maximum sales from the various display stands in store.
Accounts clerk was bookkeeping Clients accounts situated within the office or out at the customer’s premises.
Found I enjoy working either in a team or individually
