Poor Management here in Belfast in short period working for Pilgrims atleast 6 guys walked all because of a Manager who treats people bad avoid this company

great pay and good company

when i first started here i really enjoyed it great colleagues and management always popped in to see how things were then things like uniform not turning up either as it should of been or on time and support not being given when needed but pay rate was very good as were the hours

Awful management, pay very poor. Treated unfairly. Wouldn’t recommend working there. HR is a joke! Redundancy came along for the entire factory and was handed like a clown show.
