If you are good at your trade you can thrive at pimlico! They supplied good quality leads from high end customers.
Good time keeping, clean uniform, tidy workmanship is something pimlico like to see which you would expect from company that takes pride in their name!
Office staff are all friendly easy to get along with. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the van supplied.
Pros
Good quality leads, good pay, friendly staff
Cons
Old van

Do not work here!!
Engineer (Former Employee) - Pimlico, Greater London - 3 January 2019
I worked for Pimlico for 18 months as an engineer this company will suck your soul right out if your body.
I worked 4 days and nights solid with only 6 hours sleep and when i asked to go home all they cared about was whos going to cover the next job its only when i said im a danger to other road users and the public they had to let me go home but still insisted for me to cover an SW9 job...
1: Ridiculous hours are expected from you.
2: Poor management.
3: Extortionate van rental rates at £600 a month on vans that are half your age.
4: Told to spend time on jobs by legally ripping people off no matter if there young or old.
5:This company is a revolving door when it comes to people working there.
6:Canteen is a rip off....
7: Charged for every little thing evan pay for your uniform.
8:Very rarely they let you go home when your shift is completed they make you feel like you owe them a favor whilst forgetting you just completed a 13hr shift..
I would advise anyone who wants to work here DONT belive me the grass is greener on the other side.
I know this as i walked out of Pimlico and left the van at the office 3 months ago i suppose i just cracked after 18months of pure headache and stress from the office..
Pros
High end clients
Cons
Poor hours, Poor management, No social life

Insights into Pimlico Plumbers
Areas for improvement
- Trust in colleagues
- Inclusive work environment
- Time and location flexibility
Awful place to work.
Be very careful before you apply here as an engineer. The interview process is very slick, and they will promise you the earth. The first 3-6 months working for them is fine as they feed you plenty of work.I asked them if they could keep me busy all year yes they replied! The reality is when they are not busy they keep you sat in your van on the side of the road with no work for hours on end, meaning no money! Which also brings into question the claims of the salary shown on the ad! . The office staff treat the engineers very poorly indeed, and are very rude. I have worked for very large companies and small companies,in a 29 years this is by far the worst. The public perception of the company is a far cry from the reality. They say that customer satisfaction is priority, but in fact behind the scenes its get as much money from the customer as possible. My experience is that it is it's quite a dishonest place to work. They do not want technically good engineers to work for them, they want engineers that can get the most money out of the customer. Wasn't my cup of tea I am afraid.very disappointed .
