Support Worker in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire

Productive and fun place
I enjoy working with them . The services I have been sent to have been welcoming. I haven’t been getting shifts from pinpoint and I really don’t know why it has been like that.
Support Worker in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear
on 11 May 2023
Nonchalant attitude
They have a nonchalant attitude to everything. No shifts, sending emails for shifts and by the time your phone might sync with your email to receive the mail, the job is long gone. Their webroster is a stress. Why not like other agencies, send out jobs on a platform, everyone can choose and you decide who hasn't worked for a while and choose them, for fairness sake. For over a month no shift.

Awful Company to work for
Possibly the worst Recruitment company within the UK for their ethical approach to both internal and external staff. Experience high staff turnover due to bully management tactics. And their compliance is something that should concern allClients…If your looking to get into Recruitment, avoid Pin-Point Recruitment at all costs!!!
Care Assistant in Aberdeen, Aberdeen City

Ok
It was ok but I just feel there’s no work/life balance- they will phone you and phone you for you to work every weekend. They do help with advice if you called them for anything.

Productivity and fun workplace
Pin point is nice and educating company to work with. They have stress free and nice shift you can pick on your own. They have shifts all over the city.
