Training and coruses , and low salary
I am happy with my company pinnacle psg ,but I am not happy with my salary due to the situation in the country at this point in time, and the company is not doing enough to bring some us out of poverty in London. The transport fair is high, vat has gone up council tax, rent food everything is on the high side.

Very toxic and stressful
It seems on the surface a good place to work because of the policies, however, it soon became apparent that the company has no real structure, and they tolerate and allow a culture of bullying and toxicity that is stratospheric. Human resources allow these problems to fester and prefer to bury the problem as opposed to fixing it. Don't work here, as they don't live up to their policies. Don't t...

Boring
Good start time and finish time. There is NO such thing as working as a TEAM. Tools always BREAKING DOWN. You work with what you have. NO Training given. Any ISSUES are swept under the carpet. Team Manager is Too Over FRIENDLY. COLLEAGUES have no RESPECT For anyone.

Wow! What a place
The management promises tYou the world but in reality you have to pester them for the things that you need for the job I have to wait just over 7 months for my uniform and it still wasn’t complete having to work in boots hanging off my feet because being told “there on order and will be here soon” and “shouldn’t be long” and “I’ll chase it up with the manager” I managed to get some new boots 2 we...

Tedious and thankless
I worked here a few months ago. The summers are extremely busy and the winters boring and quiet. It is the same old same old, no room for progression, no goals or targets, no incentives or benefits. It's is mentally draining work taking call after call from people who are abusive and hostile. The Management give you no support and the job security is bad.
