Thanks for the question! A standard Pinsent Masons interview is competency based, make sure you have a copy of the job description and are able to provide examples of when you have demonstrated a certain key skill we've asked for. Do your research on the firm- who are we, what do we do, what sectors do we specialise in, where are our offices etc. Also don't forget you are interviewing us as well so find out what you want to know about the role, team and/ or firm by ask the interviewing panel questions; it shows enthusiasm and helps you decide if we are the right firm for you. Sounds like an obvious thing but know your CV, the panel normally work through it in the first interview so remember dates, reasons for leaving etc.Hope that helps.
