Trainee pizzaiolo in Paddington, Greater London

Easy to work but very low paid
Company offers a job as a trainee. In fact, there is not much training. One ends up doing regular work of pizza chef with a basic rate of pay of 9.50£ which will be upgraded some day. Tronc is not included for trainees and it is unequally distributed for the benefit of waiting staff. Unattractive for chefs. Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in Dulwich

Productive and fun place to work
I enjoyed working at pizza express as it helped to encourage me to have a good work ethic. The workers are extremely nice and they all respect one another. Overall, I would recommend working here.Pizzaiolo in Derby

No social life, ruins family and intimate relationships
I would never recommend anyone who has commitments or wants to form any personal commitments to apply to work for this company. Though some of the staff are great having a 12-14 hour shift and never being able to spend time with your loved ones is never a possibility. You work like a dog and never get any form of recognition especially working in the kitchen. Most people leave working this company and never last long Waitress in Tonbridge

Like High School
They clearly care more about making money than their staff. People quitting left and right and god forbid you suffer from mental health issues, because they don't care. Everyone talks about each other behind their back like we're back in high school and if you're the least bit different then you get ostracized. I didn't leave high school to come back to another one, thanks. What would you say about your employer?
