Better wages for all staff, realistic incentive schemes with a actually decent reward at the end, invest in the Technology used as there is lots of issues that have never been resolved that you have to work around

The upper management team really do their best, i cant fault them. Throughout the lockdowns they were there for their teams. Very good communication and always approachable. Its just unfortunate that covid has had a damaging effect on the business.

First off I would have the appropriate number of staff and place them in the positions which are best suited for them. I would also train all of them in all positions.
Actually ensure staff are getting their breaks. I did not receive an allocated break ONCE! Was told that you "just don't get them here". What a joke. Moaned at if you take to long drinking your juice because breaks don't exist in this company.
Many managers have tried to make pizza hut a better place but have failed simply because they cant. if i were someone higher than a manager with actual power to change how the chain is run then i would increase workers pay and also get rid of current cash handling system. like seriously? in your apron the whole shift??? c'mon
I would because I would treat my staff equally and motivate them daily. give them a goal to work towards so there is something to always look forward to.
