Management made it very difficult
The culture is very competitive and back stabbing. People that work here are not your friends no matter what they say. The working hours are good, this is the only positive. You are dictated too what time you can take a lunch break and management will go out of there way to make you feel unwelcome and unsuccessful if they do not like you. There are meetings constantly which achieve nothing and managers stand over you whilst you are on the phone which makes you feel very uncomfortable. Teaching assistance in Birmingham
