Doing great work across all of these areas simply wouldn't be possible without our workforce of brilliant colleagues; ambitious people, caring people, positive people, respectful, supportive and innovative people, big ideas people, life-changing people, jump right in and right first-time people and make a difference people.
We are the place for talented people.
The company I worked for was great until they merged with Places for people once they came in everything was changed management dont care about staff or customers its all about money only people who benefit at this company are hierarchy management. More work piled on everyday low salary no appreciation for staff.
The company was good to work for the staff were great but it could have done with better communication between management and staff apart from that it was all good.
Terrible experience working for places for people. Met with a micro manager with a chip on her shoulder and made everything far worse than it should have been. Seriously affected my mental health and others working there! Be warned…… the culture is incompatible to good health!!!!
no support unreasonable work load no respect for the employees or residents. Senior management not supportive of staff and hypocritical of spirit values they preach.
I've worked with Places for People for over 10 months. I enjoyed it at first but soon found that the manager was rubbish at their job and would use me as a scape goat for her mistakes. No support from the manager, never available when needed and ignored emails daily. The pay is rubbish for the work you have to do. Bonus you get a company vehicle. But if you are looking to be a valuable employee by this company I wouldn't bother. They treat you like a number.
