  • Start again get rid of the current managers as its them who are causing the most issues

  • Downsize the management team and have more tradesmen on the ground to serve the clients. More flexible working hours for the tradesmen, more support. If you VALUE your tradesmen, they will respect you more.

  • Get rid of the poor management you have and start again without the cliques.

  • The contracts team think they are far more superior than the rest of the workforce. They get wined and dined on the company credit card and think they are all super fabulous people, when in fact they just look like very silly individuals especially when others within the company are being made redundant. Very clicky group.

  • Management restructure

  • Stop trying to put friends in posts and put people outside your click with the skills instead and treat people better
