Insights into Places for People
Areas for improvement
- Inclusive work environment
- Trust in colleagues
- Sense of belonging
Great team
Assistant letting negotiator (Former Employee) - Leeds - 7 October 2019
The team was amazing but the management has alot of work required.
There was a lack of urgency on property applications which meant they say empty for a while, same for repairs which meant they could not be filled until fixed. communication requires work

They do not respect their staff your just a number
Contracts Manager (Former Employee) - Preston - 8 February 2019
The company use to be a great place to work however, this is not the case any more as staff loyalty no longer exist with this company you can work hard and go the extra mile but its is never recognised as the company is constantly restructuring which means your job is never safe or secure.
The work culture is one of back stabbing each other and passing the blame along with bullying . I believe this work culture has been created Inadvertently due to the constant restructuring and staff look at this behaviour as self preservation in times of restructure, for example If your boss does not like your face then your gone, regardless of your loyalty to the company and hard work.
Be warned this company restructures at least every two year.
Pros
Salary and Benefits
Cons
You never know how safe your job is.
