Best Agency i have worked for the managment are great and very helpfull. And will try their hardest to try and get you to work in the area where you live.

There really isn't that much work, was promised loads of work before beginning this job. Been promised a lot of things and haven't been delivered, leaving a stable job for platinum and stressing out because you never know if you're going to have work or not. it's a 0 hour contract so your life is very unpredictable. I've been more stressed out since starting this job. I do have to say the management is lovely and they will help when they can but things that are promised are usually never followed through with.

I have worked for Platinum Care solutions for 10 years and have seen the new Camberley office open over the last year and the team there are so helpful and informative. The variation of work in care homes and home care is great and the flexibility for a work/life balance is great

Love Platinum Care Solutions

I have recently joined Platinum Care Solutions, undertaking a Business and Administration apprenticeship. I personally feel that this is a great opportunity for myself as I have learnt so much so fast and can see that there is room for personal development and the management are nothing but supportive of what I would like to do in the future. As I have a care background, I love to be involved with both working within the office and getting involved with caring. I love doing both as I get to be a part of the team as a whole and to meet our clients and build relationships. What I like most about Platinum Care Solutions is that there is real heart for caring and people which is always the most important thing and both our clients and employees are reassured that their best interests is the most important thing. The carers that work for Platinum are outstanding, so much so that I recommended them to my own Grandparents & I have complete faith that they are well looked after and have heard nothing but great things.

I have worked for Platinum Care Solutions for over 7 years and have loved every second. the management team have always been really supportive in personal development which has helped me to progress in my role. the company has a great ethos and care is always at the centre of every decision. Platinum Care Solutions stands out from other agencies for the quality of their workers, this is due to their strict recruitment procedure to ensure that all of our workers have a 5 year minimum reference history with annual DBS & Mandatory training.
