In 2021 we retained our V1/G1 status from the Regulator of Social Housing. This means that as a business we continue to operate to the highest standards of governance and viability.

We are proud to be the Government’s Help to Buy Agent for the North, and also have a strong track record as a specialist in affordable home ownership through HomesHub by Plus Dane, the home sales arm of our organisation.

Its was ok

Good benefits, holidays, sick pay etc upper management could be better and everything is geared towards the Liverpool offices, but the trades were great.

Great company to work for.

Plus Dane offers great benefits such as holidays and decent pay. Great colleagues. The office staff can be a bit clicky and trades teams are offen left out, work planning is poor so lots of travelling. Progression is hard to get but other than that I can truly say you won't regret joining.

Great place to work. Really lovely people working hard to help customers in need.

I have been here 6 months and everyone I have met has been lovely and really want to help our customers. The offices are brilliant and the support with cost of living and wellbeing is high on the agenda. There is a really supportive atmosphere and the all employee events are superb. So many happy faces.

Felt held back, you have no voice, feel undervalued. Not a pleasant place to work

Work was mundane, no room to improve or move up.Terrible work culture & pay.No support from management, never felt I was appreciated.Would not recommend as an employer
