At Pod Point, we believe that travel shouldn’t damage the Earth so we’ve made it our mission to install a chargepoint everywhere you park. In order to achieve that we need the brightest, most tenacious and most inspiring talent in the world - that’s where you come in!

Founded in 2009, we’ve continued our growth to become one of the biggest EV charging companies in the UK, and we’re not stopping there.

The electric vehicle market is exploding - in 2020 only 1% of all new cars registered were fully electric, nowadays EV sales make up over 20% on a monthly basis. All these cars are going to need charging, so there is a massive opportunity to sell our awesome charging solutions for the home, workplace, and public charging.

At Pod Point, we’re not just about building our balance sheet - we've got a loftier goal than that. We believe that every business should be tackling a major world issue - ours is to ensure that travel doesn't damage the earth and building our network of Pod Points is our contribution towards that larger goal. But we don’t see our social mission as diluting our desire to build a successful company - we see it as our key success factor.

We currently have over 500 employees and as a remote-first business, you can work from pretty much anywhere within the UK. We have grown rapidly over the last few years to respond to the market needs, but have worked super hard to retain the great culture that makes Pod Point an amazing place to work, even remotely. We’ll ask you to work hard, but we’ll do everything we can to make your role fun and rewarding too.

We're always looking for new people to join the team - if you like the sound of working at Pod Point, check out our careers site careers.pod-point.com and apply directly. And if you’re not sure whether you’re what we’re looking for - send us your CV anyway! We love to hear from people who are passionate about what we do, and we always take the view that a good cultural fit (and mission alignment) is much more important than ticking all the “qualifications, skills, and experience” boxes.

Best workplace so far

Best workplace I had so far in uk. Management is really trying to help you bring out the best in you, people are all nice and ready to help. Salary could be better and more benefits would be welcome.

Welcome to the Circus of Electric Vehicle charging firms

Place is a joke, run by kids straight out of uni who haven't a clue.

Some good social events now and again but that would be the only perk.

Need some experienced people to head departments.

Fun Place to work

Working with Pod-Point was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I learned so many things and met so many great people at my time here, that I still visit the office sometimes. Oh and the Parties are Live!

Challenging and fun work place

It`s a new and very rapid growing industry with lots of challenges great possibilities to develop. Personally I have learned a lot and done everything from Research, Project Management, Account Management, Finance to Marketing. I love the variation of tasks and have welcomed any challenges coming my way.

The culture is great and make even the most stressful day at work fun.

The hardest and the most fun part has been taking on projects and task that I have never done before and had no ide how to do it. I loved the challenge and learned something on the way.

A kind, welcoming place to come to work.

At Dreams I work as a Junior Graphic Designer. I have been given a lot of freedom to use my creativity and tackle major projects for the business.

The management has a rigid hierarchy which means it can take some time for your voice to be heard at the top. But there is a system in place to make sure it does get heard.

The culture is friendly, fun and a great atmosphere. There is no dreaded monday morning feeling.

Hardest part of the job is the the work.

Most enjoyable part is the people
