A typical day at Portable Offices is full of customer phone calls and e-mail enquiries which are assigned by the Manager. The main focus of a Customer Account Manager is to ensure that these enquiries are dealt with with customer service that exceeds the clients expectations.Each enquiry is different, some far more simple than others and you are given the support from the management team to deal with more complex enquiries.The workplace is a relaxed environment where you are trusted to manage your own workload and encouraged to discuss your work between your colleagues. The most enjoyable part of the job is the team that you get to work with. Throughout all the depots everyone knows each other and supports each other in their role; this attitude runs right up to head office.Eager, positive people will do well in this company.

A typical day will see engagement with many different people within the business on multiple aspects, this can range from management to office to depot. Respect runs deep within the business and is evident right the way to the top with directors being engaging and passionate about not only the product but also the people within the business. It is an environment that is easy to learn in and pick up new skills from the wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the business, as well as being open to new ideas and suggestions from everyone. Whilst like all jobs there are many challenges the support to achieve common goals is always available and the sense of teamwork throughout all locations is evident from an initial visit. The opportunity to work with a company that prioritises it's an overall family feel whilst also being corporate and ambitious enables a working environment that is relaxed, enjoyable and welcoming.

Relaxed Atmosphere & Hard Working People

Portable Offices is a great place to work. A relaxed atmosphere alongside people who want to do the best they can for customers and for others around them.Management are easy to talk to and always there when you need advice. They will support you through the highs and lows of daily life not just professionally but personally too.
