What is the interview process like at Portman Dental Care Ltd?

Really informative and helpful staff throughout the interview process. Putting me at ease with any questions I may have. Really friendly and professional first impression.

All I would say is to let non clinical Mangers know more about the roles that would be expected of them. Support them on any initial training that can be tailored to them as otherwise this is a huge shock.
This has stopped myself from feeling confident within the practice and gaining respect with the clinical staff.

Straight forward and very professional
