Friendly and kind, very open about any issues and easy to resolve. Fun work nights out together and weekly meetings to ensure workflow.
brilliant, refeshing and inclusive
They make a big thing about being lovely people who care about you....in my experience they were most definitely not.
Probably better in southern UK than NI.
Dentalcare, especially high cost items, are a harder sell here as people have less disposable income, and are more judicious with their spending, so the corporate model here is likely to take longer to " sink in".
However, I still think with strategic planning and good co- ordination our practice can definitely grow, improve and be something to be really proud of.Related questions:
