Do not care about staff
Senior management are only interested in themselves. The company prides itself on supporting adults with very complex challenging behaviour that other services won't support. However, they do not adequately train or support the staff doing this work. This results in a very high staff turnover and very low morale. This is not ideal for the people they support as change is difficult for them. With t...

Toxic work environment, negative workplace culture. No clear processes outlined yet stressful and defensive communication.
Very negative experience working here. Shame because there is a sincere need for support of young people in community yet management are defensive and reactionary. Culture was negative and staff over stressed with workload and in- correct support. Terrible communications from management which created further stress, for example shouting at staff.

Great Ethos
Great Ethos but really underpaid for the job in all areas of the company. This causes a high staff turnover and is its greatest downfall. Other than that it has great ideas but just need a little more action on the ground!!

Positive Futures Lakeland enniskillen
Truly one of the most toxic companies ran by utterly ill mannered under qualified/experienced managers. You will be treated like dirt and the money is only good when you work every hour sent. Your expected to "pick up the slack" at every opportunity. You will be working 60+ hours & 3+ sleepovers per week. There is ZERO work/life balance but managements attitude is by far the worst thing about this...
