Hard work but can be rewarding. Hours can be varied and structured to help with lifestyle. Development is available with courses for management and staff support each other.

Challenging but rewarding.
A typical days work in poundland can be incredibly varied. However, It is a good place to work and there is opportunity for advancement too. I would recommend it

Don't.
Awful place to work. Store management was a joke. Was expected to go against company wide policy and safe working practices at store managements incoherent discretion. Don't put your integrity and professionalism at risk by getting yourself stuck working here.

Have you any class one driver experience yes 25 years . Was told by fleet manager . I haven't had enough am a driven trainer for 18 years. Worked for a local fire service as a trainer. Had a good mixture of class one work behind me. And was told I am no good for the job in Labour man's turems . And they are still advertising for the role of a Driver Trainer.
