Work environment. The people. Attitude towards mental health.
Only worked part time but was expected to cover a massive territory in my own car. Standard of management varies across the business and some are extremely unpleasant and are bullies. Several grievances on the account I worked on but nothing seems to be changing
Some good accounts
Huge territories, poor pay, unachieveable targets and bullying culture

The best thing about my typical day is that I am able to plan a route/agenda that works best for me and my personal life. We have a set amount of calls and objectives for the day and we can work it in a way that suits us. I have be given multiple opportunities to take part training courses and people development is a huge priority within Powerforce. We have a great management team that are in touch regularly and are great at driving engagement. The hardest part of the job is probably the time management when we have targets, however we are always fully supported and soon settle into a routine. The best part of the job is definitely the team. Even when things are tough there is always your immediate team to support you. Mental health is also a huge priority within Powerforce which is incredible, along side many other perks such as summer working hours and team incentives.
Mental health important, summer working hours, team ethic and support
