Very bad
Cleaner (part-time) (Former Employee) - Leeds - 23 September 2020
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedYou get 1 15 minute break at quarter to 1. And another at quarter to 2. You start work at half 11. Finish at 9am. How that can be deemed as suitable is beyond me. And if you raise an issue to management, chances are you'll be getting your P45. Lifting includes 30kg packages lifting on your own as they deem a two man lift as time wasting. They have no social distancing or hand sanitisation and half of the staff don't understand the job.
Pros
Going Home
Cons
Long hours, minimal breaks

Don't use them
School Cleaner (Former Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 27 August 2020
First got hired. All papers are checked out. basic DBS attached.
Already a few problems, no proper details of the job.
It was falsely advertised job on higher rate and turned out it was a rolled-up payment and it's considered illegal in the UK.
Be aware salary is minimum wage whatever it says if you are taking the higher payment they won't PAY YOU HOLIDAYS.
Bonus 2 days before start day asking for enhanced bds checks what is supposed to be done by the employer.
since they can't benefit from you, they stopped replying

There is nowhere to go in this company and you have no possibility of training the work culture is stressful and they have no real work procedures you are always checked up on and the directors are always dealing with you on a daily basis the manager has no managerial experience

Cleaner (Former Employee) - Portsmouth, Hampshire - 9 May 2020
Let me go due to me having a family issue that I had to take two days off. Only care about money not there staff. Management poor. Don’t really know what there doing, ignorant as well! Have to work at a fast pace all day long! Stay well away if you actually want a normal job.

Made to work constantly couldn't speak to anyone to ask a question with out getting shouted at. It was the worst experience I have ever had working for an agency.
